9. LEVEL 2 FREE TASK

The DCT and quantization circuit are power and area consuming. You can optimize the hardware implementation of this algorithm by reducing adder, multiplication or use other methods. Different methods are welcomed and please design a unique circuit. You can claim it as your appealing point and originality.
